Here are our top clinic treatments for anyone who is struggling with an oily problematic skin or a teenager living with an acne skin.
First we need to clean the skin, help rid it of the acne bacteria and excess sebum (oil) secretion, and help to calm and soothe any redness and irritation.
- Our Skeyndor Clear balance Deep Cleansing Facial – this treatment will leave the skin refreshed, clean and leaving it will a matt finish. Blocked pores and impurities are also targeted in this treatment.
- Our Skeyndor Aquatherm Calming and Soothing Facial – this treatment will help with anyone who is sensitive and their skin is prone to redness. It will re balance and restore the skin helping to build back its protective layer. An oily skin can be sensitive at the same time.
- Our Dermalux Light Therapy treatment – Using light therapy we are able to stimulate certain skin cell enhancing procedures which can help a number of skin conditions. Using a blue light helps to destroy blemish producing bacteria while having a calming effect. This can be a stand alone treatment or added on to one of our other skin treatments.
Next we can look at a good exfoliation treatment to help generate new skin cells which will help to brighten the skins tone but also help with blocked pores and skin blemishes.
- Our Crystal Clear Microdermabrasion – this treatment exfoliates the skin to help a range of skin concerns. It’s great at tackling blackheads and pores. It will also help the complexion, tone and texture of the skin helping any scars or marks left on the skin after a blemish.
- Our Skeyndor Dermapeel – Our skin peels are multilayered sequential no ‘down time’ peel treatments that work on different layers of the skin. For an oily problematic skin they will help to eliminate and lift off the dead skin cells that sit on the surface and block the pores, they will help refine and unblock the pores while improving and brightening the skins appearance.
After excess oil secretion has been balanced, the skin has been calmed and had some good exfoliation, we can now look at helping to improve scaring or any marks that may have been left on the skin following an acne blemish and help with skin cell regeneration.
