HELP! Pancake Day is approaching!!!
Try this healthy and delicious protein pancake recipe that is totally guilt free!
Serves 1/2
You will need –
2 eggs
1 banana
Coconut oil
Cinnamon
To finish
Natural yogurt
Blueberries
Directions
Wiz together the eggs and banana and a pinch of cinnamon in a blender/nutribullet.
(If you don’t have one of these you can mash the banana by hand then mix together with the eggs and cinnamon.)
Add a teaspoon of coconut oil to a hot pan and wait till it has melted.
Scoop your pancake mix into the hot pan to make mini pancakes, about the size of a digestive biscuit! (as there is no flour in this mix they tend to split if they are much bigger than this)
Flip a few times until golden brown.
To finish
Finish with a generous spoonful of natural yogurt and a handful of blueberries!
