An open letter to all our loyal and future clients and friends
Dear Clients and friends
I hope you are well.
The Corona virus is at the forefront of our minds and there is no getting away from it.
I personally hope that we can all remain calm and that we remind ourselves this will blow over at some point in the future and we will all hopefully be OK. Please donβt think I underestimate the severity but simply that I am trying to stay positive.
I want you to know that we have been working hard at the boutique to ensure we are taking all measures necessary and more in order to keep the salon and treatment rooms completely sterile and you and the team safe. We have put in far more regular cleaning systems and the team are wearing gloves and masks for every treatment now and we will continue to do until necessary. We have made other changes such as to remove all magazines and to dettol furniture, door handles and other areas of regular contact at regular intervals throughout the day.
Myself and the team are taking this very seriously and we take your well being of great importance first and foremost and of course ours so we can continue to look after you and carry out treatments as we always have done.
In order to ensure we all stay as safe as possible please can we ask that if you are unwell or have traveled anywhere recently in general that you do not come in, our cancellation policy will relax over this period of time but we still ask that you give us as much notice as possible.
I truly hope that those who need to isolate do so and those like myself and the team continue on as normally as possible so we can also take care of our livelihoods and futures.
We want to keep going as normal for as long as all are well, to maintain happiness and normality.
We donβt want to see small businesses go under at a time like this so please still come in, we are happy to have you.
