Booking Appointments
To book an appointment please call the salon on 01206 616064. If we are unable to answer your call, please do leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.
Alternatively you can use our online booking system or download our app ”e.m.skin clinic & beauty Skin and Beauty”
Booking Fee
We require a booking fee to secure every appointment, this is deducted from the total amount due at your appointment on the day or if you have future appointments booked we will roll your deposit over.
Cancellation Policy
To change or cancel your appointment, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice. Please Note: Booking fees will be lost if less than the above required notice is given.
Appointments
Unattended/Missed appointments
All missed unattended appointments will lose any deposit paid.
Arrival Time to your appointment
We ask that all our clients arrive at on time to your appointment. This will ensure all clients can be seen in the time slot allocated to them. If you are a new client please arrive in reception at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Unfortunately late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time as we would not wish to start the following client late.
Consultation and Consent Forms
A number of our treatments will require you to fill out a consent form prior to the treatment procedure. This adheres to the new GDPR regulations and treated with the utmost confidence.
Children
For insurance reasons and the comfort of clients , we kindly ask clients not to bring young children into the salon.
Tariff
We reserve the right to amend, modify and alter the tariff for individual treatments and packages without prior notice.
